Stickprovet is operated from Sweden and sells digital knitwear patterns globally. All purchases are subject to Swedish law, and by using this site, you agree that any disputes will be resolved under Swedish jurisdiction.
2. Products and Licensing
All products sold are digital PDF files containing original knitting patterns. They are not ready made items or physical garments. These patterns are for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
- Sell garments or products made using these patterns.
- Share, resell, reproduce, or distribute the patterns in whole or in part.
- Claim the patterns as your own work.
3. Purchases
All purchases are one-time and provide instant access to downloadable content. Prices are listed in SEK (Swedish Krona) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing and tax policies at any time without notice.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the digital file has been delivered.
By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU).
